Shipping policy

Every MakeMagic™ piece is made to order. When you place an order, it goes straight to our production partner, where your item is printed and prepared just for you, then shipped to your door.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and what's in your cart. For example, one sweatshirt shipped within the United States is currently $8.37 with our standard Special Line shipping. You'll always see the exact cost before you pay.

Processing and delivery

Orders go to production right after purchase and usually take a few business days to make. Once shipped, US orders take about 10 days on average to arrive: 60% arrive within 9 days and 95% within 14 days. Because each piece is made to order and carrier times vary, we can't promise a specific delivery date. Any delivery estimates are just estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details when they're available.
